Adapt to Claude

The SR Method is designed for Codex, but several principles transfer to Claude or other AI assistants.

What remains valid

• speak in lots;
• ask for a verifiable objective;
• require sources read;
• separate facts and assumptions;
• ask for user E2E tests;
• prepare resume;
• limit actions without validation.

What changes

Claude may not work in the repository with the same capabilities as Codex. It can be more suitable for:

• product discovery;
• document structuring;
• risk analysis;
• preparing a Codex Project Pack;
• generating prompts;
• pedagogical review.

Useful prompt

Use SR Method principles to frame this project, but do not claim you read the repo if you do not have access.

Produce a plan usable by Codex: documents to create, initial lots, business rules, risks, sources to verify and startup prompts.

Rule

Do not confuse a framing assistant with an execution agent in the repo. Codex remains the main tool for modifying, testing and documenting code in the project.
