Nexus Rooms

Quick start cloud

First steps for using Nexus Rooms from the hosted application.

Quick start cloud

Use this guide when Nexus Rooms is already deployed and reachable from the public URLs.

1. Sign in

Open Nexus Rooms and sign in with Authentik. Access is granted only when the Authentik user belongs to a recognized Nexus Rooms group.

2. Open or create a Room

Use the Rooms home screen to create a Room or open an existing one. A Room is the shared record for one AI-assisted workflow.

3. Add context

Add documents, open points, decisions or timeline entries. Shared context must remain explicit so external AI agents do not rely on hidden assumptions.

4. Configure MCP access

Open Settings, then Accès MCP. Generate one token for the user and LLM workspace. The token is shown once. Store it securely and revoke it if it is no longer needed.

5. Work from the external agent

Follow the MCP setup guide for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral. The agent can read Room context through MCP and can publish only validated responses.

6. Check traces

Use Audit and Notifications to verify sensitive actions, MCP calls and Brevo Mail/SMS delivery traces. Destinations are masked.
