Room

A Room is a structured shared record. It contains timeline events, participants, documents, open points, decisions and audit entries.

MCP-first workflow

External agents remain the main AI environment. Nexus Rooms exposes approved MCP tools and keeps validation, permissions and traces.

Shared versus private context

Only content added to the Room is shared context. Personal prompts, private drafts and external-agent reasoning are not automatically part of the shared record.

Human validation

Publishing through MCP is governed. The product avoids free-form autonomous execution and keeps sensitive actions auditable.

Notifications

Mail and SMS notifications are Room-scoped. Agents can request governed notifications for Room participants; they cannot send arbitrary messages to arbitrary recipients.
