Rooms home

The home screen lists Rooms that need attention, recent activity and operational counters. Use search and filters to find the right Room.

Room detail

The Room detail screen is the operational record. Use it to review timeline activity, documents, open points, decisions and agent context.

Documents

Upload supported files to enrich the Room. Documents are stored in MinIO and processed asynchronously by the worker. Extracted text becomes available through the API and MCP.

Open points and decisions

Use open points for unresolved questions. Use decisions for validated conclusions. This keeps the Room structured and avoids chat-like drift.

Notifications

Notification preferences control whether a user can receive Brevo Mail and SMS notifications for Room-scoped events.
